This study assessed sustainable and healthy eating (SHE) behaviors and nutritional status by comparing nutrition and dietetics students with those in other health-related programs. Data were collected through questionnaires, 24-hour dietary recalls, anthropometric measurements, and the SHE Behaviors scale. SHE scores were significantly higher among students with a normal body mass index and those studying nutrition and dietetics ( P < 0.05). Weak negative correlations were found with SHE and waist measures, and weak positive correlations with protein and fiber intake ( P < 0.05). Nutrition and dietetics students showed greater engagement with healthy, sustainable eating behaviors.
