The primary aim is to investigate the incidence of acute necrotizing eosinophilic myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination.
Conducted a randomized trial to assess myocarditis incidence post-vaccination
Monitored participants for symptoms and clinical signs of myocarditis
Performed blood tests to evaluate eosinophil levels and immune response
Identified a total of 12 cases of acute necrotizing eosinophilic myocarditis
Event rate of myocarditis was 0.01% among vaccinated individuals
Eosinophil counts were significantly elevated in affected individuals compared to controls
