This study examines how big data-driven strategy influences public service innovation speed and whether information sharing strengthens this relationship. Using survey data from 658 public-sector employees in Taiwan, the study tests the direct effects of big data-driven strategy and information sharing on service innovation speed, as well as the moderating role of information sharing. The results show that both big data-driven strategy and information sharing positively affect service innovation speed. Moreover, the effect of a big data-driven strategy is stronger when information sharing is high. The study highlights information sharing as a key condition for transforming data-driven strategy into faster public service innovation.
