A case of agenesis of the gallbladder is presented. The diagnosis of agenesis of the gallbladder should be considered when cholangiographic examination reveals findings consistent with cystic duct obstruction in a patient with multiple congenital abnormalities (particularly rectovaginal fistula, inperforate anus, intracardiac shunts, and hypoplasia of one or more bones).
