Presentation demonstrates the capabilities of Digital Commons Data@Becker in connecting datasets and publications, indicating significant improvements in research attribution and traceability.
Presentation plan at the July 16, 2026 Discovery Cluster telecon: Seonyoung Kim gave a presentation with a live demonstration of Digital Commons Data@Becker, the institutional repository at WashU Medicine. Digital Commons Data@Becker runs on the same platform as Mendeley Data, which is one of the NIH GREI repositories. The demonstration walked through several real repository records and workflows to show how DOI assignment, DataCite metadata, contributor and funding information, and the relationships among datasets, publications, software, and other research outputs support discovery, attribution, and traceability, and to illustrate how these capabilities are implemented in a production repository environment.
