Abstract Photo‐pyroelectric photodetectors are well‐known for their stable performance, broadband response, and self‐powered operation, yet simultaneously achieving ultrabroadband spectral detection and ultrafast response remains a significant challenge due to intrinsic energy conversion limitations. In this work, an innovative plasmonic/ferroelectric hybrid structure is introduced that overcomes these barriers by dramatically enhancing the pyroelectric effect. This breakthrough enables detection across an exceptional spectral range of 261–4000 nm, surpassing conventional optical absorption limits. The device also achieves an ultrafast response time of 39.7 µs, establishing it as one of the fastest‐reported broadband pyroelectric photodetectors to date. Moreover, it demonstrates extraordinary environmental stability, retaining its performance without degradation for over a year. High‐resolution spatial imaging further underscores its advanced capability for complex contour recognition, highlighting its immense potential for next‐generation optical sensing, imaging, and photonic applications. The findings underscore the promise of ferroelectric crystal as high‐performance materials for achieving self‐powered photodetection across a wide spectral range.
