Hypervascular tumors of the palate are rare and may radiologically mimic hemangiomas, posing significant surgical challenges due to the risk of excessive bleeding. We report a case of a 55-year-old female with a progressively enlarging palatal mass demonstrating intense enhancement on imaging and prominent tumoral blush on angiography. Transarterial embolization using polyvinyl alcohol particles achieved partial devascularization, followed by direct puncture embolization with N-butyl cyanoacrylate, resulting in complete angiographic devascularization. Surgical excision was performed with negligible blood loss. Histopathology confirmed benign fibrous histiocytoma. This case highlights the effectiveness of a combined embolization strategy in managing hypervascular palatal tumors safely.
