Validates tokamak operational limits and proposes optimization protocol for future use, suggesting improved stability.
Tokamaks are constrained by two empirical operational limits: the Greenwald density limit and the Troyon pressure limit. These limits have not been theoretically linked to date. The TRUE framework (Théorie Redistributive Universelle Évolutive — Evolutionary Universal Redistributive Theory) proposes a spectral scaling law Rraw(τ) = τ · γ_0 that connects these limits to the universal invariant γ_0 = 0.13648 . We show that tokamaks naturally operate at the fraction 1 - γ_0 = 0.86352 of these limits. This prediction is validated on three independent tokamaks: EAST (deviation +0.06%), WEST (deviation -2.8%), and JET (convergence). An operational protocol is proposed to pilot tokamaks at this critical fraction, maximizing discharge duration and stability. A numerical prediction is formulated for ITER.
