Study designs new phosphine ligands to improve catalytic efficiency in cross-coupling reactions, suggesting better synthesis outcomes.
Cross-coupling reaction is diversely employed on synthetic protocols, but it was proved to be consistently challenging for sterically structure synthesis. The most prevalent strategy employed in recent cross- coupling development invovled the design and modification of novel ancillary ligands bearing appropriate steric and electronic environments to improve the catalytic efficiency. Based on the previous research, we plan to design different type of new type of phosphine ligands for challenged cross-coupling reaction.
