Conceptual framework improves goal achievement in personal and organizational contexts, suggesting better alignment fosters success.
Conventional goal-setting frameworks often emphasize measurable outcomes while giving limited attention to the deeper motivational and holistic integration required for sustained success. This paper introduces the Bahareth Method, an interdisciplinary framework designed for personal and organizational goal achievement. It synthesizes principles from strategic management, cognitive psychology, systems thinking, neuroscience-informed visualization, and Islamic concepts of intention (niyyah) and supplication (dua). The method is built upon three foundational pillars—Intention, Integrity, and Alignment—and operationalized through the Goal Model Canvas, a practical execution system. By fostering a unified operating system for decision-making across personal, professional, and spiritual domains, the Bahareth Method aims to mitigate strategic fragmentation. This approach posits that long-term success stems from a coherent alignment between purpose, values, cognition, and execution. While presented as a conceptual and practitioner-oriented framework, its efficacy warrants future empirical validation through controlled studies comparing it with established methodologies like SMART goals or OKRs.
