The standard radiographic assessment of the pelvis includes the anteroposterior, inlet, outlet, Judet views, and axial computed tomography images. The different radiographic projections of the pelvis and their corresponding anatomic landmarks and the anatomy of the pelvis and the different anterior and posterior pelvic lesions are discussed. Description of the proper views and their uses are included.
