Demonstrates security synchronization in complex networks, indicating effective fault tolerance.
This paper addresses the synchronization of complex networks subjected to internal dynamics constraints and noncooperative malicious attacks. Firstly, an observer‐based security algorithm is developed to determine the admissibility of neighbor information using two‐hop information. Then, the conditions for achieving complex network synchronization are proposed based on the security algorithm. In the presence of both internal coupling faults and malicious attacks, novel node update rules are proposed to achieve fault‐tolerant security synchronization. Finally, a numerical example involving attacked unmanned surface vehicle formation networks is provided to verify security synchronization performance, observer accuracy, and fault tolerance under uncertain coupling faults.
