This procedure was successful in 2 patients, while in 1 a staged construction was necessary after failure of the free flap. The operative technique is described and the procedure is recommended cautiously to medical centers with microsurgical capabilities that are engaged in phalloplasty. © 1982 by The American Urological Association Education and Research, Inc.FiguresReferencesRelatedDetailsCited ByHage J, Bloem J and Suliman H (2018) Review of The Literature on Techniques for Phalloplasty with Emphasis on The Applicability in Female-to-Male TranssexualsJournal of Urology, VOL. 150, NO. 4, (1093-1098), Online publication date: 1-Oct-1993.
