Metasurfaces with topological transition have been experimentally demonstrated to possess the ability of controlling spoof surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) at microwave frequencies. By simply rotating complementary H-shaped resonator cells in the metasurface plane at transition point, we are able to obtain gradient dispersion characteristic with large dynamic range, which possess great potential in anisotropic device design. Moreover, the intuitional corresponding relation between dispersion extent and rotating angles of our unit cell much simplify the design procedure. In particular, large angle transmission and curved transmission of spoof SPPs prototypes are theoretically designed and experimentally realized; reasonable agreement between the simulation and measured results verifies the efficiency and accuracy of our approach.
