This revised comparison examines the dated development of Gunther Kletetschka's three-dimensional-time program alongside Micah Blumberg's Quantum Gradient Time Crystal Dilation, Super Dark Time, and Super Information Theory. It decomposes the programs into fifteen bounded atoms and applies four comparison lenses: mechanism, directed narrative architecture, conclusion-first reconstruction, and longitudinal signature migration. The revised chronology preserves ten target-relative Micah-earlier partial-priority findings while distinguishing Kletetschka's exact orthogonal metric, temporal eigenvalue, charge-winding, projection, and reported prediction contributions. It also credits Bars and Chen on earlier broad multi-time atoms, separates public chronology evidence from claims about access or influence, and records the 2026 Kletetschka-Walker cognition program as an adjacent source-gated comparison. Its conclusions are limited to the assumptions, evidence, and testing conditions stated in the manuscript. It belongs to the Super Information Theory, Super Dark Time, and QGTCD physics research program. This is a corrected preprint edition released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license.
