Background: Cell salts, a core component of biochemic medicine, are believed to address deficiencies in inorganic salts within the body, thereby treating various ailments. This study explores the efficacy of cell salts in treating skin disorders through a case study analysis of two female patients. The first patient presented with eczema on the foot, and the second with a corn between the toes. Biochemic remedies, specifically Silica 6x and Calcarea Fluorica 6x, were administered to both patients. The results suggest a potential benefit of cell salts in alleviating skin conditions, warranting further investigation through well-designed clinical trials. Objective: Cell salts plays important role in treating skin disease. Materials and Methods: I have included two clinical cases from my OPD patient data. Materials included two female patients suffering from different types of skin disorders. The first patient suffered from eczema at the foot. And the second patient was Suffering from corn of foot. Conclusion: This preliminary evidence indicates that biochemic cell salts may serve as a safe and natural therapeutic option for certain skin disorders
