Radial keratotomy using only central pachymetry has shown to provide adequate depth of incisions and good clinical result. There were no anterior chamber perforations and achieved depth factor was 95%. A nomogram used by the authors is presented. The technique is easy to perform and may be done in a nonsterile technique preoperatively.
