We study the decays of the antitriplet charmed baryon state (Ξc⁰,Ξc⁺,Λc⁺) based on the $SU(3)$ flavor symmetry. In particular, after predicting $B({{{Ξ}}}c⁰{→}{{{Ξ}}}^{{-}}{{π}}⁺)=(15.7±{}0.7)×{}{10}^{{-}3}$ and $B({{{Ξ}}}c⁺{→}{{{Ξ}}}^{{-}}{{π}}⁺{{π}}⁺)={{0ex}{0ex}}(14.7±{}8.4)×{}{10}^{{-}3}$, we extract that $B({{{Ξ}}}c⁰{→}{{Λ}}{K}^{{-}}{{π}}⁺,{{Λ}}{K}⁺{K}^{{-}},{{{Ξ}}}^{{-}}{e}⁺{{ν}}ₑ)=(16.8±{}2.3,0.45±{}0.11,48.7±{}17.4)×{}{{0ex}{0ex}}{10}^{{-}3}$ and $B({{{Ξ}}}c⁺{→}p{K}ₛ⁰{K}ₛ⁰,{{{Σ}}}⁺{K}^{{-}}{{π}}⁺,{{{Ξ}}}⁰{{π}}⁺{{π}}⁰,{{{Ξ}}}⁰{e}⁺{{ν}}ₑ)=(1.3±{}0.8,13.8±{}8.0,33.8±{}21.9,33.{8}_{{-}22.6}+21.9)×{}{10}^{{-}3}$. We also find that $B({{{Ξ}}}c⁰{→}{{{Ξ}}}⁰{η},{{{Ξ}}}⁰{{η}}^{{'}})=(1.{7}_{{-}1.7}+1.0,8.{6}_{{-}6.3}+11.0)×{}{10}^{{-}3}$, $B({{{Ξ}}}c⁰{→}{{{Λ}}}⁰{η},{{{Λ}}}⁰{{η}}^{{'}})=(1.{6}_{{-}0.8}+1.2,9.{4}_{{-}6.8}+11.6)×{}{10}^{{-}4}$ and $B({{{Ξ}}}c⁺{→}{{{Σ}}}⁺{η},{{{Σ}}}⁺{{η}}^{{'}})=(28.{4}_{{-}6.9}+8.2,13.{2}_{{-}11.9}+24.0)×{}{10}^{{-}4}$. These ${{{Ξ}}}c$ decays with the branching ratios of $O({10}^{{-}4}--{10}^{{-}3})$ are clearly promising to be observed by the BESIII and LHCb experiments.
