Isoniazid-resistant organisms were isolated at some time from about one-half the patients in the T1H and the T2H groups and from about two-thirds in the H group; but in the T5H group resistant organisms were obtained from only 3 out of the 10 patients, and in none before the end of the fifth month of treatment.
