The boundary conditions for the fluid-dynamic equations on an interface of a gas and its condensed phase derived by an asymptotic analysis of the Boltzmann equation are considered. Some general relations satisfied by the conditions and their application showing a fundamental property of a flow accompanying evaporation and condensation are presented.
