Although the treatment of the ordinary case of granuloma annulare, in which there are present only a few lesions on the backs of the hands, is not a difficult problem, one is often puzzled in the case of a child when the lesions are so numerous as to make treatment either with roentgen rays or with destructive methods impractical. The following experiences may be of help and may stimulate thought as to the cause of this little understood disease. REPORT OF CASES Case1.—A girl aged 7 years was seen with granuloma annulare of eighteen months' duration. There were present on the right ankle the original lesion, at the time of observation a palm-sized plaque, and more than forty smaller lesions, the majority on the legs but a few on the hands and abdomen.
