This study explores the influence of green transformational leadership on green competitive advantage, green organizational support, and green innovation, as well as investigates whether green organizational support and green innovation serve as mediators in the relationship between green transformational leadership and green competitive advantage within tourism and hospitality organizations. Data from 584 questionnaires, gathered from employees in Saudi Arabian travel agencies and tour operators, were analyzed to test the study’s hypotheses. The results reveal that green transformational leadership has a significant and positive effect on green competitive advantage, green organizational support, and green innovation. Additionally, the study shows that green organizational support and green innovation both significantly contribute to achieving green competitive advantage. These findings confirm that green organizational support and green innovation mediate the relationship between green transformational leadership and green competitive advantage. The study provides theoretical insights for human resource management and leadership, alongside practical recommendations aimed at strengthening the capacity of tourism and hospitality organizations to secure green competitive advantage, especially in light of the increasing focus on sustainable practices in their operations and services.
