Diffusion limit for non homogeneous and non-micro-reversible processes

We study the (parabolic) hydrodynamic limit of linear kinetic equations. We deal with collision terms that do not satisfy detailed balance pinciple and where the coefficients depend on the space variable. The possible dependence of the equilibrium upon position induces an additional drift term in the limit equation.
