Neck pain is the most common and painful musculoskeletal condition which has a great socioeconomic burden on both patients and society. McKenzie protocol results in significant decrease in pain and increase range of motion and functional ability in spinal conditions but there are insufficient data available to determine the efficacy of the McKenzie protocol on non specific neck pain patientÂ’s further research which addresses these issues is required. Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of McKenzie protocol on cervical range of motion (CROM), intensity of pain, and neck functional activity level in the management of non specific neck pain patients.
