Diffusing-wave spectroscopy has been used to study the effects of strain upon the dynamics of a model foam. Above a threshold strain, the rate at which elementary strain-induced rearrangements occur in the form is proportional to strain rate. These results are in accord with the findings of recent computer simulations.
