Is coronary slow flow phenomenon associated with changes in P wave dispersion and QTc dispersion?
Is coronary slow flow phenomenon associated with changes in P wave dispersion and QTc dispersion?
This study aims to evaluate whether the coronary slow flow phenomenon is associated with arrhythmogenic electrocardiographic markers such as P wave and QTc dispersion.
Coronary slow flow may link to ECG dispersion markers; hypothesis-generating for arrhythmia risk and requires prospective validation.
Coronary slow fl ow (CSF) phenomenon is the slow transmission of the opaque solution to the distal portion of the coronary artery in the absence of coronary lesions. Although the mechanisms responsible for CSF are not completely understood, CSF is an important clinical entity since it may cause myocardial ischemia and infarction. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between CSF, P wave dispersion and corrected QT (QTc) dispersion.
