Peningkatan Mutu Lulusan Sekolah Tinggi Teologi dan Kultur Kampus: Sebuah Refleksi Teologis Filipi 3:17-18 tentang Keteladanan

The quality of STT graduates is very important to be improved in the midst of the fact that there is a decline in morality today. STT is a place to give birth to prospective Christian leaders and educators has responsibility for these conditions because leaders and educators absolutely function as role models as the message of the apostle Paul in Philippians 3:17-18. In these wicked times, the need for qualified Christian educators and prospective Christian educators who are able to become models is an urgent matter. If STT is not able to answer this question, then the moral quality and faith of God's people will be further eroded by the currents of the wickedness of the times. The method used is through qualitative description. The purpose of this research is to provide a description of efforts to improve the quality of STT graduates and offer ways or strategies for their implementation. The results of the research conclude that improving the quality of graduates based on the Tridharma of higher education can be done in three stages, namely building an educational culture (learning) through inquiry learning methods and focus group discussions, research culture (doing) by applying research habituation and community service culture (sharing-experiencing). ) through various community activity programs. AbstrakMutu lulusan STT sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan di tengah fakta terjadinya kemerosotan moralitas saat ini. STT sebagai tempat melahirkan calon pemimpin umat dan pendidik Kristen memiliki tanggung jawab atas kondisi tersebut sebab pemimpin dan pendidik mutlak berfungsi menjadi teladan sebagaimana pesan rasul Paulus dalam Filipi 3:17-18. Di masa yang penuh kefasikan ini kebutuhan terhadap calon pemimpin rohani dan pendidik Kristen berkualitas dan mampu menjadi model adalah sebagai hal yang urgen. Jika STT tidak mampu menjawab persoalan ini maka kualitas moral dan keimanan umat Tuhan akan semakin terpuruk terseret oleh arus kefasikan zaman. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah melalui deskripsi –kualitatif. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah memberikan deskripsi tentang upaya peningkatan mutu lulusan STT dan menawarkan cara atau strategi penerapannya. Hasil riset menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan mutu lulusan berbasis Tridharma perguruan tinggi dapat dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu membangun kultur pendidikan (learning) melalui metode pembelajaran inquiry dan focus group discussion, kultur riset (doing) dengan cara menerapkan habituasi riset dan kultur pengabdian masyarakat (sharing-experiencing) melalui pelbagai program kegiatan masyarakat.
