Theoretical framework examines expansion-contraction cycles in a geometric model of the cosmos, suggesting insights into cosmic behavior.
Based on the finite information capacity of geometric theory encoding orbits M₇≈10⁴⁶ and the hierarchical structure of the seven-level recurrence, we establish a theoretical framework in which information field encoding undergoes three phases of phase transition: Phase Region I (violent expansion), Phase Region II (ordered restructuring), Phase Region III (approach to saturation). Among the three dual spaces (material world ℳ, causal world 𝒞, information world ℐ), only the material world undergoes expansion-contraction cycles; the causal world and information world do not perish with the material world's contraction. One complete expansion-contraction cycle of the material world is calibrated by intrinsic constants. The three phase regions of the seven-level recurrence span infinitely many expansion-contraction cycles; we are currently at the N₅ hierarchy in the early stage of Phase Region III. We construct an effective field theory model for the information field (**geometric modeling hypothesis**), analyze the behavior in the N₅→N₆ transition region, and prove that the information field saturated state corresponds to steady-state geometric residual equivalent background expansion. Several cosmological outlooks based on this model are presented. **Keywords**: Geometric Theory; Encoding Orbit; Seven-Level Recurrence; Information Field; Expansion-Contraction Cycles; Three Dual Spaces; Consummate Reproduction Anchoring
