Explores therapeutic outcomes in children, suggesting significant engagement and growth through performance.
This article presents Therapeutic Theatre "TT", a methodological system of contemporary performance developed by the author over approximately two decades of practice, including sixteen years of performances for children. It sets out the axiom on which the system rests — every person in the playing space matters and their voice deserves to be heard, with the operational consequence that no participant leaves the room without having been heard — and the four founding principles, each accompanied by the observable sign by which its absence can be established. The article describes the five-stage structure of the performance, with the particularity that the climax is the resolution of the problem rather than the problem itself; it describes the instruments of the introduction, among them the Colour Game; and it reconstructs the development of the Red Thread Repetition, a methodological innovation introduced in 2025. A documented case of failure is included. The article declares its practical corpus, acknowledges its theoretical debts, distinguishes the system from adjacent theatrical practices, sets out the conditions of application together with their limits, and proposes three criteria by which the system could be shown to be false.
