Objective: To study the levels of serum magnesium in diabetic patients in a tertiary hospital in North Kerala. Methodology: A hospital based cross sectional study was done in all diabetic patients attending the out-patient and in-patient facilities of Department of Internal Medicine at a tertiary hospital in North Kerala between January1 st and March 31 st 2014.
