Application of Conjugate Spectral Geometry reveals DNA constraints and protein folding relationships.
This paper applies the Conjugate Spectral Geometry framework to the study of biological structure, focusing on the geometric parameters of the DNA double helix and the protein folding landscape. Based on the Bott periodicity structure of Coding Orbits, it is proved that the 10.5 bp/turn of the DNA double helix corresponds to the coding constraint , and the topological isomorphism between the protein folding energy landscape and the Algebraic Action landscape is established. This paper provides a rigorous derivation of the 10.5 bp/turn constraint, the topological isomorphism proof between the landscape and the folding funnel, and the quantitative relationship between folding rate and curvature.
