In brand visual communication design, color matching directly affects the vitality of products and the emotional resonance of consumers. However, in practice, color matching often falls into the dilemma of saturation and brightness imbalance and monotonous color matching. Based on this, this paper designs a color matching network model combining K-means clustering algorithm and color relationship network. The article takes the Miao embroidery dress as the research sample, and first takes the image processing technology to construct the brand sample dataset. Then K-means clustering algorithm is used to obtain the color information of brand images, and a color matching network model is designed by combining the color relationship network. Based on the color matching output of the model, the Birkhoff beauty evaluation formula is used to evaluate the rationality. It is found that the model can accurately achieve the clustering of color information, and the mean value of the beauty score of the color matching scheme reaches up to 1.165 points. Relying on the color matching network model, the color matching scheme can be accurately generated to meet the positioning of brand visual communication design, which can further enhance the brand visual communication effect while enhancing the visual impact of the work.
