Nanoprinting! Nanometer-sized, unilamellar liposomes and polymersomes with narrow size distributions can be directly prepared and loaded using inkjet printers (see Figure). The size can be controlled via amphiphile concentration and cartridge type. This one-step method allows the efficient encapsulation of predefined drug mixtures using color printing technology.
