187 patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with sequential vein grafts using a tributary technique. Mean age 62.6, 78.7% male, single-center in India. Excluded: total arterial grafts, concurrent valve replacement or repair, and patients with less than one year of follow-up.
