Numerical results derived from a theoretical model for the nozzle and cavity sections of a CO2–N2–H2O gas-dynamic laser are compared with the output of an arc-driven supersonic laser operating in the gas-dynamic mode at about 10% CO2 and H2O concentrations ranging from 0.7 to 7%.
