The article considers the role of human capital in the implementation of reindustrialization in the Kyrgyz Republic, notes the importance of health care, education in the upbringing of highly developed human capital. Human capital assets are the levers that ensure the economic situation of a person, society and the country as a whole, therefore its creation and reproduction is a priority task of restoring industry and reaching the level of high-tech production through reindustrialization.
