In this paper, a novel strategy for the one step synthesis of the carbon nanotube/gold (MWCNT−Au) nanocomposites to obtain a well-defined conductive nanomaterial has been explored and incorporated into the electrochemical system to facilitate the electron exchange between the electrode and the electrochemical probe.
