Summary Murine H-2 alloantigen glycoprotein fragments (10% carbohydrate comprised of sialic acid, fucose, galactose, mannose and glucosamine) were treated with Vibrio cholerae neuraminidase. While nearly 100% of the sialic acid was removed, no loss of H-2 antigenic reactivity occurred.
