The last two were Plant Manager in one of its 22 factories and Corporate Quality Manager of Philips Germany. For 6 years he has operated his own consulting bureau, with emphasis on assisting introduction of TQM in companies. In addition he has lectured at the Technical High School in Hamburg, Technical Academy in Wuppertal , European Business School in Prague and Budapest, German Society for Quality, Euroforum and others.
