32 patients aged 55.0±2.0 years with coronary heart disease undergoing myocardial revascularization under extracorporeal circulation (EC). Key inclusion criteria: standard course of surgical intervention, pulmonary artery wedge pressure < 15 mm Hg throughout the study, and baseline PaO2/FiO2 ratio ≥ 350 mm Hg.

Intervention
Inhaled nitric oxide at a concentration of 10 ppm initiated after water anesthesia, stopped during extracorporeal circulation, and resumed in the postperfusion period.

No special measures to prevent and/or correct lung oxygenating dysfunction.

Lung oxygenating dysfunction (measured by PaO2/FiO2 ratio and intrapulmonary shunt fraction) at the end of surgery and 6 hours post-surgery.surrogate
