AuFe and CuFe films, produced by quench condensation, show a round maximum of the initial susceptibility at temperatures Tf whereas annealed films and bulk alloys have a cusp at higher temperatures. The influence of Fe clusters and of a reduced mean free path of the conduction electrons is discussed.
