Economic Impacts of Tourism Industry

This article is concerned with the economic impacts of tourism industry, especially in developing countries. Itinitially reviews the concept and using a model, it deals with the factors affecting the economic impactsassociated with tourism. The research findings indicated that with short-term and long-term strategic planningand using the specific abilities and tourism products of developing countries, which suffer from some indices asunemployment, limits in earning and currency flows, inflation and other problems, most of their economicproblems can be solved.
