It transforms an otherwise aesthetic organ, which may or may not provide voiding capabilities, into a functional sexual organ. This aspect remains an essential component for some trans-males undergoing gender genital affirming surgery (GGAS), defining their masculinity and supporting their quality of life [ 1 , 2 ].
