The reaction of certain insects to fabrics treated with D.D.T. is the basis of this paper. The results of the investigation show that infestation by insects can be controlled by the use of sacks impregnated with D.D.T. The tests were carried out on Calandra oryzae, Tribolium confusum and Ptinus tectus .
