Reconstructable states of linear multivariable systems with unknown inputs

Using the theorem presented in this paper, one can define reconstructable states of linear system with unknown inputs using well known algorithms applied to continuous- and discrete-time systems without disturbances. An algorithm of the observer construction is also presented in the paper.
