In this paper, we introduce a new technique called the Natural De-composition Method (NDM) for solving homogeneous and inhomoge-neous gas dynamic equations. The new method is an elegant combina-tion of the Natural transform Method (NTM) and Adomian Decompo-sition Method (ADM). The proposed method is applied directly with-out using linearization, transformation, discretization or taking some restrictive assumptions. Using the new method, we successfully obtain exact solution of two illustrative examples, and the results are compared with the results of the existing methods. This shows the reliability, ac-curacy, and efficiency of the new method.
