The naturally occurring osteoarthritis of guinea pigs is described. Osteophyte formation was observed both in the presence and absence of erosion of the articular cortex. Weight bearing was not considered the sole cause of the degenerative changes observed in guinea pig joints. Es describite le occurrentia natural de osteoarthritis in porcos de India.
