31P HS-10241 combined with aumolertinib in EGFR-TKIs pretreated EGFR-mutant and MET-amplified advanced NSCLC: A phase Ib study

Combination therapy with c-MET inhibitors represents a new strategy to address the key resistance mechanism of MET amplification (METamp), following treatment with EGFR-TKIs. As a novel MET-TKI, the preliminary phase Ib results of HS-10241 with aumolertinib in patients (pts) with advanced NSCLC (NCT05430386) was reported in ASCO 2023. Here, we focused on an updated data from the dose expansion phase.
