, version 17. Result: There was a Decrease in the enamel microhardness of all the enamel blocks after demineralization phase. The greatest recovery in microhardness after treatment with dentifrices belonged to Stannous Fluoride group. Conclusion: Dentifrices can increase protection of dental enamel against erosive challenges and dental caries by increasing the surface microhardness of the enamel and providing a remineralizing effect.
