Measurements of longitudinal magnetoresistance have been made on p‐InSb and p‐Ga x In 1− x Sb over the range of temperature from 77 to 300 K. The magnetophonon effect on the minority carriers was observed. Theoretical discussion of the position of observed minima enables the determination of transitions contributing to the oscillations and parameters of the conduction band of mixed compounds.
